Shipping Terms
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods: We use various shipping carriers depending on the destination country and origin. These carriers include, but are not limited to, Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx, and TNT.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are applied on all orders, flat rate of 13€. International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days.

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer@bibbi-parfum.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with return instructions.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
